Leads the development and implementation of JFSC's legal risk management framework, in close collaboration with the enterprise risk team to ensure alignment with broader organisational objectives.
The provision of trusted and timely legal advice on the broad range of legal issues ranging from regulatory law, employment law, procedural matters and other areas of law to which the JFSC is subject.
Collaborates with and advises JFSC's Policy, Supervision, Enforcement and Registry functions on legal related matters.
The procuring of timely and cost-effective specialist legal advice by external legal advisers.
Provides legal guidance on the drafting and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments to ensure alignment with the JFSC's legal risk appetite and operational objectives.
