The Opportunity
You'll manage and grow a set of established trade customers while developing new relationships across your region. It's a relationship-led role — no more chasing transactional “quick wins” — you'll be building accounts, adding value and becoming a trusted partner in your territory.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and developing a regional customer base
Building long-term relationships with construction professionals
Driving year-on-year growth in your territory
Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
Supporting customers with product knowledge and solutions
Working with a well-known brand, strong market reputation and solid backing
Planning your own diary and managing your region with autonomy
About You
Around one year of field sales experience (any industry)
Backgrounds suited: door-to-door, canvassing, field B2B, trade, van sales, small business reps
Positive, hungry and looking for a serious career pathway
Comfortable speaking to professional customers
Strong work ethic, drive and resilience
Ready to step out of transactional selling into a professional, relationship-led environment
