Our client is looking for a Corporate Onboarding Analyst to join their growing New Business Onboarding team in Edinburgh. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for corporate clients, ensuring timely and compliant activation.
2. Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) checks in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
3. Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on new and existing clients, including high-risk entities and jurisdictions.
4. Assess and escalate potential Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and sanctions risks.
5. Work collaboratively with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and front-office teams to resolve onboarding issues and gather required documentation.
6. Maintain accurate and audit-ready client records within internal systems.
7. Stay up to date with changes in AML regulations and contribute to policy development.

8. Previous experience in a role within financial services, legal
9. Strong knowledge of KYC, AML regulations, and industry best practices, including CDD and EDD.
10. Familiarity with corporate structures (LLPs, SPVs, Trusts, etc.) and regulatory bodies such as the FCA and JMLSG guidelines.
11. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
12. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
13. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
14. Experience using onboarding or case management tools (e.g., WorldCheck, LexisNexis, RDC) is advantageous.
