Aberdeen Property Leasing are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our team. With over 30 years' experience in the industry, we're a well-established and trusted letting agency, supported by modern systems like Inventory Base. You will be required to drive a company vehicle to attend properties, a valid UK licence is therefore mandatory.
What you'll do:
* Visit properties to complete detailed inventories and rechecks.
* Capture images, flag urgent issues, and maintain clear client communication.
* Prepare and finalise reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Collect and return keys, and help organise materials for the team.
* Support with bookings, typing cover, and general admin when required.
What we're looking for:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Confidence working independently and liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
* Ability to produce accurate, high-quality reports to set deadlines.
