Bouchon De Rossi are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated weekend front of house Staff to join our vibrant team.
Start and finish shift times
Saturday lunch 12 - 4
Friday/Saturday night
As a vital part of our restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome.
The candidate must be very organised, able to work well in a team as well as independently, as well as being flexible and have a cheery disposition. Also, must have previous hospitality experience.
The scope of the job includes: -
 * Maintaining a high level of customer service.
 * Assisting the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day operation of the business
 * Always be professional

The candidate will be required to work, week evenings and weekends Friday and Saturday normal start time finish 10.30
Closed - Sunday and Mondays

Responsibilities
 * Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
 * Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
 * Assist with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
 * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
 * Provide support during busy periods, including bartending and catering events.
 * Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally in person and over the phone.
 * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
 * Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.
 * Clean and stock up at the end of shift, in all areas of business if required.
Experience
 * Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential
 * Skills in bartending
 * A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
