Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor - Private Client
TSR Legal are currently working with a highly regarded multi office firm, who are ere seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate or Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor to join the firms well-established and growing Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to manage a diverse caseload and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice and support to a broad range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on all aspects of private client work, including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Planning.
* Managing a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision.
* Working closely with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families to develop tailored legal solutions.
* Supporting elderly clients and vulnerable adults with sensitivity and professionalism.
* Liaising with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to provide a holistic client service.
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to the ongoing development of the department.
* Engaging in business development and networking activities to promote the team’s services.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 4+ years’ PQE in private client law.
* Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, and mental capacity matters.
* STEP qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
* Ability to build lasting relationships and provide empathetic, clear legal advice.
* A proactive and collaborative team player with strong organisational skills.
