What You’ll Do:
* Keep project files accurate and up-to-date to maximise sales opportunities
* Prepare quotes and specifications quickly and accurately
* Coordinate with dispatch to ensure seamless delivery to clients
* Provide first-class customer service and administrative support
* Build strong relationships with customers, architects, and surveyors
* Spot opportunities to grow the business and support the sales team at every step
* Work confidently with Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Editor, and internal systems
What You Bring:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in an office environment, ideally sales support
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Experience with stock or finance order processing systems
* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
* Familiarity with Office 365 and PDF editing
