What We Offer
1. The start date of employment: May 2025
2. Starting salary: £26,400 per annum pro rata, based on competence and experience
3. 39 hours per week, working 5 days including evenings and alternate weekends
4. A 4-week training period requiring travel to the IKEA store in Leeds, with travel costs covered

What You Need to Have
1. Experience in kitchen or wardrobe planning (advantageous but not required)
2. An interest in people's home lives, providing personalized solutions
3. Experience in customer-oriented roles with sales targets
4. Confidence in initiative, problem-solving, and communication
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and planning tools
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Planning and designing kitchens and wardrobes for customers
2. Engaging with customers to identify needs and advise on solutions
3. Supporting sales by maintaining a clean and attractive shopping environment
4. Responding to emails, securing payments, and supporting the shopping experience
5. Communicating via email, text, and calls throughout the customer journey
6. Assisting with general tasks like replenishing products and handling inquiries
