What will you be doing?
The chairperson leads the board in service of DigiKick's strategic aims and mission. The Chair must live within 50 miles of Birmingham (United Kingdom) and available to make at least 2 in person meetings per year, and the Christmas get together. As Chairperson of DigiKick, you will lead the Board in service of DigiKick's strategic aims and mission. Acting as the key liaison between the board, directors, and staff, you will foster strong communication and collaboration across the organisation. You will be responsible for chairing board meetings and supporting the performance management of directors, helping to drive DigiKick's mission forward with clarity and accountability. This role is in an advisory capacity only. The Chairperson has no liability to the operations of DigiKick. You will be working closely with Treasurer HR advisor Business development advisor Ambassador Director of people Director of business development
