Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Harlow. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, arrange and manage vehicle bookings for MOT's, services and repairs
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming
* Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Create customer invoices and manage payments
* Arrange job parts from a list of suppliers
* Handle clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
* Occasional management of customer parking in the workshop is required therefore you must have a minimum of 5 years driving experience
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years driving experience
* Proficient computer skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Good typing skills with high attention to detail for data entry tasks
* Excellent inter personal skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues

Pay: £18,315.00-£25,819.13 per year
