Responsibilities Drive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) programs by aligning cross-functional teams on timelines, goals, and deliverables. Manage escalations and unblock obstacles, ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis. Drive strategic and tactical decisions throughout all organisations and levels. Shape technical directions and add value to various engineering efforts, while understanding the program implications of various engineering and business trade-offs. Design and roll-out processes and tools to increase the velocity of engineering teams, the quality of delivery and take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
