What You Will Do
* Manage the entire sales cycle within your assigned territory, ensuring seamless execution from initial contact to closing deals.
* Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to achieve both short‑term performance targets and long‑term revenue growth.
* Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities, driving sales of a diverse portfolio of products including electromechanical, fatigue, impact, and rheology solutions.
* Deliver tailored, solution‑focused product demonstrations to meet customer‑specific needs and objectives.
* Collaborate with Account Representatives, Service teams, and Application Engineers to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide valuable market insights to influence product development and innovation.
What You Will Bring
* A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Proven experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within materials testing, capital equipment, or scientific instrumentation.
* A track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex buying processes.
* Technical aptitude and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management, coupled with strong self‑motivation and initiative.
Location
This role is based in the UK, with travel to customer sites required for up to 50% to 60% of the time, including occasional overnight stays.
