About The Role
Join the RAC as a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic. Flexibility deserves recognition – and we deliver. As a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, you’ll provide the adaptability our service relies on.
Compensation & Schedule
* Competitive salary: £53,720 basic salary, with opportunity to earn up to £58,000.
* Weekly variety: Average 40 hours per week across the year, roster 7 days in advance with core working hours confirmed 3 days prior.
* Shift flexibility: Shifts between 06:00 and 02:00, may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
What you’ll need
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
* A customer‑focused approach.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and open to travel with overnight stays, if necessary.
