Role Objectives
9. Ensure service delivery meets statutory, mandatory, and routine compliance at all times, with clear evidence available.
10. Drive continuous improvement through efficiency, added value, and best-in-class delivery.
11. Contribute positively to account performance in revenue, profit, and cash.
12. Lead, monitor, and develop your team effectively.
13. Build open, honest relationships with key stakeholders, including the Trust and SPV.
14. Maintain strong connections with Mitie stakeholders and delivery partners.
15. Ensure full contractual compliance with PFI terms and conditions while achieving commercial goals for Mitie and the client (SPV).
Main Duties
16. Complete PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks to a high standard.
17. Act as the appointed person for Pressure Systems, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
18. Maintain assets in line with contract requirements, HTMs, HBMs, O&M manuals, and manufacturer instructions, supported by accurate CAFM records.
19. Interpret engineering and building drawings, delivering high-quality workmanship for complex systems and understanding their interdependencies.
20. Document contract variation requests and coordinate with the Commercial Manager to implement changes in line with procedures.
