Job Description
* Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure efficient processing of payrolls.
* Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payrolls.
* Manage the monthly and annual reporting of payroll-related figures.
* Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary payroll-related information.
* Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
* Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll-related queries.
* Continually improve payroll processes and systems.
* Support other accounting and finance tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Advisor should have:
* A relevant educational background in Accounting or Finance.
* Proven experience in managing and executing payroll processes.
* A solid understanding of payroll systems and regulations.
* Strong leadership skills and an ability to motivate a team.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
