We’re seeking dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join our supply team and provide high-quality support to a range of school-based nursery settings throughout the Teesside area. About the Role:
Job Type: Flexible, supply/temporary
Location: Across Teesside (including Middlesbrough, Stockton, Hartlepool, Redcar & Cleveland)
Setting: School Nurseries
Hours: Term-time shifts available (full-time or part-time)
Responsibilities:
* Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
* Working collaboratively with teachers and nursery staff
* Creating a calm, engaging, and safe environment for all children
* Following school safeguarding procedures and routines
* Promoting positive behaviour and development through play and interaction
Requirements:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
* Experience in a nursery or early years school setting
* Solid understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
* Professional, friendly, and adaptable approach
* Paediatric First Aid (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
