Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Administrator on a full time permanent basis to join their team near Invergordon.
This is a varied and interesting role and duties include:
1. Sales and purchase ledger processing and reconciliation.
2. Processing orders and invoices.
3. Creating purchase orders for stock, dealing with related supplier invoices.
4. Processing haulier invoices and arranging collections.
5. Stock taking on a regular basis.
6. Completing quarterly reports.
7. Filing, order confirmations, invoices and statements.
8. Updating pricing and making sure all pricing is complete for month end.
9. Organising/processing any credits for customers.
