Key Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day operations of the commercial function by ensuring our CRM systems, processes, and automations run reliably and efficiently. Maintain and manage the CRM environment, ensuring data integrity, correct system configuration, and smooth operational workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Take ownership of incentive calculations and commission reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency in performance tracking. Produce and maintain weekly and monthly performance reporting, helping commercial teams understand results, track progress, and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct ad hoc data analysis and deep dives to support commercial decision-making, uncover insights, and investigate performance trends. Help manage and optimise automation workflows across our commercial tools, actively identifying opportunities to leverage automation and AI to eliminate manual processes, improve data quality, and enable our commercial teams to operate more efficiently at scale. Document automation logic, system processes, and operational workflows to ensure consistency, transparency, and ease of maintenance across the commercial technology stack. About you: Analytically minded and enjoy using data to uncover insights and improve performance. Comfortable working with large datasets and have strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel), enabling you to analyse results, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Experience working with CRM systems, commercial tooling, or analytics platforms is beneficial. Exposure to tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesloft, Clay, Tableau, or similar platforms is preferred but not required. Familiarity with SQL or working with structured data would be advantageous. Curious about how automation and AI can improve commercial operations, and motivated to test new tools that reduce manual work, improve data quality, and help teams work more efficiently. Strong attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining clean, reliable data and reporting.
