Job Type: 9 Month Fixed Term
Location and flexible working: London or Birmingham. All our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

We have an incredible opportunity for a Business Resilience Analyst to join our Risk & Governance function in Pensions & Savings.

The role
You will support the Business Resilience team in delivering ongoing development Business Resilience framework within the Pensions and Savings along with oversight, facilitation and reporting of key Business Resilience activities on behalf of Pensions and Savings.
You will also support a full review of the end-to-end Business Resilience framework that incorporates all relevant components of regulatory framework including support for development and assessment against Pensions and Savings Business Resilience, Continuity Plans and Cyberplans.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a Business Resilience background and a keen interest in supporting activity to strengthen controls and oversight to ensure we are delivering for our customers in an appropriately controlled environment.
What We’re Looking For
1. An understanding of Business Resilience processes including knowledge of key business processes including mapping and supporting testing, oversight and planning activity
2. Ability to create reports and work with data to support Business Resilience activities
3. Experience assisting with process simplification and automation to improve efficiency
4. Good organisational and planning skills along with strong stakeholder management
