And here's where you come in We need an experienced and capable Release Manager to own and manage our release process, delivering near-weekly patches to a cross-platform live service game on PC and Consoles. You will work closely with producers, engineers, designers, QA, and company leadership to develop and execute a release management process that ensures our ability to develop and adapt quickly while preserving a quality experience for players. In This Role You Will Refine and adjust our current Release Management process to support our transition from PC Early Access into Cross-Platform Open Beta later this year Own the release scheduling, coordination, and certification processes required to ship regular updates of Predecessor Work with Build Engineers to track and maintain a healthy build pipeline to support continuous integration and testing Track critical player issues post-release, working closely with varied teams to identify, escalate, and solve the most impactful cases Act as a key point of contact for Sony and Microsoft to resolve issues raised during development What We're Looking For Prior experience in Release Management and/or Live Production on a product with regular content and feature deliveries The ability to contextualise individual issues to broader business and player impact, and triage that impact against other priorities and goals Experience with common CI/CD tooling and practices Experience with PlayStation and Xbox certification and patch delivery processes A strong technical foundation and the ability to learn new subject areas quickly Strong problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment Nice to Have Experience working on a Live Service game Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools Knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 is a plus Understanding and passion for MOBAs Benefits Global, remote team 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays EMI Stock Options Healthcare More to come
