What you’ll do: As the Marketing Manager for the UK, you will lead the regional marketing efforts, with a specific focus on the headphones and speakers’ categories. Your primary goal? Building brand love and capturing the hearts and minds of musicians and music lovers while achieving our commercial objectives. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, EMEA, you'll be instrumental in growing our global brands locally. Your responsibilities will include developing marketing plans informed by consumer and product insights, bringing those plans to life in the market, and analysing campaign performance. Your focus will be our headphone & speaker categories and you will work in close collaboration with our Marketing Specialist UK to strengthen Marshall Amplifier presence within the HQ market - keeping musicians at the core of everything we do. Roles & Responsibilities: Plan and execute Marshall Group Brands’ local consumer plans in the UK, with a focus on the headphones & speakers categories Support Head of Marketing, EMEA, to input into global plans and provide local insight into Marshall Group’s GTM process Coordinate and implement meaningful local brand experiences such as consumer facing activations, community events and grassroots activities for musicians and music lovers that drive deep engagement in the UK Drive local brand, media and community partnerships Work alongside Local Market team to deliver best in class Consumer Plan in line with Channel and Commercial goals Manage external local agencies, partners, retailers, regional ambassadors along with relevant internal stakeholders Support marketing activations in different channels Collaborate cross functionally with Regional, Central and Local teams to deliver locally relevant consumer plan aligned to Marshall Group’s GTM process You probably have the following experiences & personal skills: 4-5 years experience in a marketing manager role or similar Experience working for a music, tech or lifestyle brand Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to juggle short- and long-term priorities Good working knowledge of the music scene in the UK Able to work independently but be part of a wider team A creative problem solver Exceptional communication skills and a critical eye for detail Ambitious nature; striving to be the best, not settling for mediocre Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Self motivated and driven to succeed Our pledge: We thrive to foster an inclusive workplace and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, disability, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age or marital status.
