We are a Specialty Coffee Roaster with shops in Glasgow and Troon.
We are now recruiting for a full team of Baristas in our Mugdock Country Park venue, immediate starts available. First up, we are looking for a Full Time Supervisor.
***Full Time 35+Hours Per Week (inc weekends)

Job Role:
***Supervise a small Team of Baristas ensuring the shop is following company standards in brewing and customer service.
***Autonomy to run shifts on your own and alongside the owner
***Excel in Customer Service to enhance our customers experience and to promote positive online reviews.
***Be involved in creating Signature drinks, Food Specials, Events
***Ensure profitability of the shop, managing team rotas and shifts.
***Adhering to Health and Safety & Cooksafe Regulations
***Being a point of contact for all customers buying our coffee beans and giving advice on how to brew at home.
