Procurement Administrator / Transactional Buyer
Location: Astral House, Imperial Way, Watford, WD24 4WW
Pay Rate: £14.50 – £15.00 per hour (PAYE - DOE)
Contract Length: 7 Weeks
Hours: 37.5 per week (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Start Date: 23/03/2026
We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Administrator / Transactional Buyer to join a busy team based in Watford on a 7-week contract.
This is a fully office-based role focused on transactional purchasing and system data entry. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising purchase orders and ensuring accurate input of information onto internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Raising purchase orders

Supporting the procurement team with transactional buying duties

Ensuring records and orders are processed efficiently and correctly
Requirements:

Previous experience in a transactional buying or purchasing support role
*
SAP knowledge (ideal)
*
Strong Microsoft Office skills
*
Good IT literacy and attention to detail
This role would suit someone with strong administrative and purchasing system experience who is available to start at short notice for a 7 week period.
