Senior Corporate Lawyer – Maternity Cover (London / Hybrid)

Your Responsibilities:
* Advise on M&A, general financing agreements, and offtake & supply arrangements
* Support the business on a range of corporate, transactional, and commercial legal matters
* Work autonomously while liaising directly with senior business leaders
* Provide practical, business-focused legal advice on complex, high-value deals
* Contribute to broader commercial and operational initiatives within the legal team
What We’re Looking For:
* Senior corporate/commercial lawyer with 10+ years’ PQE
* Strong transactional and commercial judgement
* English law qualified (essential)
* Confident advising the business directly and operating independently
* Experience in commodities, energy, or natural resources is advantageous but not essential
* Proven ability to manage complex corporate and commercial deals
