Location
Our head office is in Maidenhead but we also have a number of regional offices you could be based at. You should expect regular travel within the UK.
What will you do?
Ensure the areas of the business you are responsible for are provided with appropriate legal advice and support to meet all their operational needs including:
1. Supporting tenders, acquisitions, and business development activities.
2. Providing advice and support on disputes and managing any litigation.
3. Managing a small team of lawyers.
4. Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the sector.
What are the Requirements?
5. Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
6. Able to balance legal risk with business objectives.
7. Strong leadership capability, with experience managing and mentoring others.
8. Pragmatic, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
