Job Details:
This is a leadership role for an experienced operator, responsible for managing and developing a team of 5 direct reports. The ideal candidate will have contract catering experience, ideally within stadia, and be service standard orientated.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the team to deliver high-quality services
* Experience with conference and events management
* Ability to manage clients and full budget responsibility
