What Were Looking For in a Childcare Practitioner: Previous hands-on experience in a nursery setting A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to use your own initiative A genuine passion for working with children that shines through every day Responsibilities Supervise and support children in their daily activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
