This role will own the consolidation of forecasts and budgets for the Candle Group This is a hands-on and highly visible role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to partner with senior leaders to drive financial performance and business growth. Responsibilities Own group planning, budgeting, forecasting and long range modelling Create high impact models that simplify complexity and drive decisions Lead all data, reporting and systems improvements across finance and BI Partners include Group CFO, Snr Director of Accounting, PE firm. Develop KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting. Organisations within the group are US based, the Director will be required on occasions to sync with US partners in the evenings This role has no direct reports Preferred qualifications include Qualified accountant with strong modelling and analytical skills 5 years of experience in commercial finance or FP&A Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with PowerPoint and financial planning tools Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations Hands on delivery mindset with the ability to step up and think commercially Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
