Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: £36,000-£40,000pa We are looking for someone to develop the internal project and programme communications plan for the bank. The successful candidate will be working with senior stakeholders, and business leads on all project and programme communications to enhance our colleague experience, assisting the business in building the bank of the future. If you have previous internal communications experience and a knowledge of wider corporate communications, then we would love to hear from you! About you For this role you will need the following skills and experience: Internal communications experience, including the production and management of communications frameworks, format and best practise. Knowledge and understanding of wider communications channels and skills, such as PR. An analytical customer first approach and is comfortable with numbers and data. The ability to create communications material in a digestible, engaging and easy to read format. Good levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good time management and organisation skills. Ability to work autonomously, managing personal workload and priorities effectively. Computer literate including proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Experience of identifying and minimising exposure to Conduct Risk. A colleague experience approach.
