We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused People Services Administrator (Band 3) to join our newly established People Services Administration Hub. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, inclusive and efficient People Services across the Trust.
Main duties of the job
About the role
As a People Services Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across all areas of the People Services function, including HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development & Inclusion, and the wider Staff Experience portfolio. You’ll help ensure that key processes run smoothly, information is accurate and accessible, and staff receive a professional and responsive service.
You will support a wide range of activities, including:
1. Managing shared inboxes and triaging enquiries with empathy and professionalism
2. Coordinating staff recognition schemes such as Long Service Awards and Employee of the Month
3. Preparing agendas, taking minutes and supporting operational and strategic meetings
4. Producing letters, communications and promotional materials
5. Supporting virtual meetings and training sessions (MS Teams)
6. Maintaining accurate and confidential records across multiple systems
7. Liaising with Finance, IT and Procurement to order goods and resources
8. Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with diary and meeting coordination
9. Providing general administrative support across the People Services Directorate

43. Good level of general education (e.g. GCSEs or equivalent)
44. NVQ Level 2/3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience
