We are looking for a Farm Inputs Administrator to join the Frontier team, based at Sandy, on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 12 months.
You will provide administration support to our different business areas with a variety of tasks, in an efficient and effective manner.

Your Role
As a Farm Inputs Administrator your role will involve:
* Pricing orders in a timely and accurate manner (including returns).
* Raising invoices and handling any customer enquiries.
* Ensuring all relevant month-end information is processed in a timely manner.
* Completing pricing requests from third parties.
* Calculating and ensuring the timely payment of group and customer rebates.
* Compiling and distributing weekly reports generated for the Commercial team (aged pricing / unpriced orders)
* Working with the Commercial team and Sales Leaders to collate the price files for Spring and Autumn
* Completing a daily review of orders to ensure accuracy (looking at negative margin sales, FOC sales, credit notes raised etc)
* Other duties including supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration
