Vacancy Description
The aim of the apprenticeship program with Manthorpe Engineering is to train people to become skilled Maintenance Engineers who can then build a successful career within the company. To achieve this the apprentice will be paired with an experienced Maintenance Engineer who will ensure their skills and knowledge are developed alongside their college-based training. This process will involve on-the-job training and will include:
1. Shadowing and working alongside a member of the Maintenance Team to learn processes such as:
1. Fault Finding in a mechanical and/or electrical system
2. CNC machine maintenance
3. Fabrication equipment maintenance
4. Preventative Maintenance Routines
5. Facilities maintenance
6. External supplier liaison
