The Opportunity As Senior Planner, you will take ownership of projects from instruction through to completion, working closely with clients, colleagues, and senior leadership. You will: Manage planning applications and appeals Undertake Housing Land Supply (HLS) assessments Provide strategic planning advice to clients Lead projects day-to-day with increasing autonomy Support junior colleagues where appropriate Work alongside specialists across planning, design, and property disciplines This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, ideal for someone looking to step into a broader, more commercially exposed senior position. About You You are likely to be: MRTPI qualified (or working towards final stages) 5 years within private planning consultancy Experienced across a range of project types Strong in planning applications and appeals Comfortable managing clients and projects directly Ambitious and keen to progress your career What’s On Offer?
