We are looking for someone to join the team as a Retail Assistant Store Manager in our Yate shop.

The Details
* Working 37.5 hours per week, 5 in 7 days
* Salary: £24,128 up to £24,714 per annum, dependent on experience
* Permanent position
Key Responsibilities
* Assist and work alongside the manager in optimising sales, managing, and leading a team of staff and volunteers
* Deliver high retail and customer service standards
* Support and demonstrate our values through your role
* In the manager’s absence, communicate instructions from Head Office and line management to staff and ensure they are actioned
* Promote diversity and gender rights
What We Are Looking For
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Genuine interest in fashion, charity retail, and second hand items
* Excellent leadership, customer service, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to earn trust, motivate, and build rapport
* Highly organized with a proactive approach
* Open and adaptable to change, supporting others through it
* IT literacy and numeracy skills, including basic spreadsheet use
* Inspired to face the challenges of charity retailing
