What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing architectural leadership across multiple projects to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
* Acting as the design authority, overseeing reviews and ensuring compliance with principles and security policies.
* Driving integration of new and existing systems into a cohesive technology landscape.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solution designs.
* Mentoring architects and technical leads, embedding best practice across teams.
* Developing and maintaining domain reference architectures and design standards.
* Leading discovery sessions and concept architecture work for key initiatives.
Main Skills Needed:
* Proven experience in solution architecture across complex, multi-system environments.
* Strong knowledge of integration, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
* Ability to lead governance, influence technical direction, and manage trade-offs effectively.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Track record of mentoring and developing technical teams.
* Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL, BCS) would be advantageous.
