About the Role
This is a commercially focused National Account Manager role responsible for driving growth across our UK retail accounts and key international partners.
You will own and develop relationships with existing retail customers while identifying and securing new opportunities to expand Sea Magik’s retail presence.
You will work closely with the Founder, General Manager, and Brand & Product Manager, ensuring strong alignment between retail strategy, product launches, and brand positioning.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, relationship-focused, and motivated by growing a challenger brand within competitive retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
UK Retail Account Management
· Manage and develop relationships with key UK retail partners including major national accounts
· Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through range expansion, improved distribution, and increased visibility
· Lead regular account meetings, reviews, and planning sessions
· Identify opportunities to increase sales through promotions, launches, and in-store activation
· Ensure excellent execution across retail partners
New Business Development
· Identify and secure new UK retail opportunities aligned with Sea Magik’s brand positioning
· Lead outreach, presentations, and negotiations with prospective retail partners
· Support onboarding and successful launch of new accounts
International Account Management
· Manage relationships with key international distributors and partners
· Support growth within existing international accounts
· Identify opportunities to expand Sea Magik’s global retail presence
Commercial Planning and Performance
· Deliver revenue targets across retail and international accounts
· Support forecasting, budgeting, and account planning
· Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
· Work closely with operations and supply chain to ensure strong service levels
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with the Brand & Product Manager and Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to ensure alignment across retail, brand, and digital channels
· Support successful retail launches of new products
· Ensure strong and consistent brand presentation across retail partners
What We’re Looking For
· 3 to 6 years experience in National Account Management or retail sales
· Experience managing UK retail accounts, ideally in beauty, skincare, haircare, or wellness
· Someone who can grow with the business and take on more senior responsibilities
· Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
· Proven ability to grow retail accounts and deliver revenue targets
· Excellent relationship management and communication skills
· Highly organised and proactive
Experience working with retailers such as Holland & Barrett, Boots, major grocers, or similar is highly desirable.
