Are you a detail-oriented Test Analyst with experience in business-critical systems? We’re looking for a Test Analyst to join our clients team in Water Orton. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the ERP processes — covering sales orders, warehousing, logistics, and finance — remain robust and accurate.
Role responsibilities:
Write and execute manual test scripts based on process specifications.
Test end-to-end ERP process flows, ensuring upstream and downstream dependencies remain intact.
Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand process scenarios and build appropriate test coverage.
Gradually take ownership of writing test scripts independently as you grow into the role.
Provide input on best practices for test tools and automation, even though automation is not yet in place.
Skills required:
* Strong experience in manual testing, ideally within ERP systems.
* Understanding of core business processes (e.g., sales order, logistics, warehousing, finance).
* Ability to interpret process documentation and create structured, comprehensive test scenarios.
* Exposure to AS400 systems a plus; interest or familiarity with C# environments advantageous.
* Any experience with or knowledge of automated testing tools is a bonus.
* A collaborative, proactive approach and a desire to help shape testing practices in a growing team.
