The position is a maternity cover until September 2026, with a start ASAP.
You will oversee the HR Services and Onboarding functions, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant delivery of HR processes. You'll be instrumental in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, optimise systems, and build a seamless onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, develop, and mentor the People Services team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Drive operational performance through analysis of key HR metrics and delivery of process improvements.
* Oversee HR administration, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and effective service delivery.
* Design and continuously enhance the onboarding experience, ensuring alignment with business goals and company culture.
* Champion process automation and service innovation to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the HR Leadership team to enhance overall service delivery.

* Deep understanding of onboarding and HR administration processes.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
