Are you friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to be part of a busy, professional team? Were looking for a resilient and reliable individual to join our reception team and help keep our practice running smoothly.
About the Role:
No two days are the same here! Youll be the first point of contact for our patients, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, managing appointments, processing prescriptions, and using our IT systems to keep everything ticking over. While youll usually have fixed hours, a bit of flexibility to cover holidays or sickness is appreciated. Afternoon shifts until 6pm will be part of the schedule, but were happy to discuss hours that work for you.

1. A confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach
2. Someone reliable and discreet who loves helping people
3. Comfortable using a PC, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
4. Great at multitasking and paying attention to detail
5. Positive, with a can do attitude that helps our team shine
6. Resilient and calm, able to handle the occasional challenging interaction with patience and understanding
