Job Description
3. Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation.
4. Day-to-day bookkeeping including invoice processing, making payments, bank reconciliations and overseeing treasury functions
5. Month-end prep and close including posting journals, accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliation and fixed asset register review
6. Budgeting and forecasting duties
7. Support with site P&L
8. Variance analysis and reporting
9. Ad hoc duties on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
10. Experience and desire to oversee both transactional and month end tasks
11. Be qualified by experience or part-qualified
12. Have a helpful and flexible approach
13. Have previously worked in the Manufacturing industry
