Job Summary
Join the RAC as a Roadside Technician and keep the UK moving. With a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least two years of post‑qualification technical, electrical and diagnostic experience, you’ll work demand‑led shifts across the UK delivering expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver quick, confident roadside solutions such as flat battery repair, tyre change and complex fault‑finding.
* Provide outstanding member service while starting and ending your day at home.
* Work demand‑led shifts averaging 40 hours a week, with optional overtime available.
Qualifications & Experience
* Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* At least two years of post‑qualification technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
* Customer‑focused approach.
* Full UK driving licence.
