We are hiring a motivated 2025 or 2026 graduate as a Legal Resourcer to join a global leader in legal search and recruitment! This role is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in recruitment, legal markets, and relationship building.
As a Legal Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top legal talent while supporting recruitment consultants on search assignments for leading law firms and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Mapping
* Identify and engage high-quality legal professionals through a variety of sourcing techniques
* Build and maintain strong relationships with legal candidates
* Develop a network of legal professionals across key markets
Candidate Screening
* Review CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
* Assess candidate suitability, experience and career motivations
* Provide insights to consultants on candidate profiles and market activity
Search & Recruitment Support
* Assist consultants with interview coordination and candidate communication
* Manage candidate feedback throughout the recruitment process
* Maintain accurate candidate records and update the internal database
Market Insight
* Stay informed about trends in the legal recruitment market
* Share insights with consultants and clients on talent availability and market movements
Requirements
* 2025 Graduate
* Bachelors degree, Russel Group University preferred
* Degree in Law or experience in the legal sector desirable but not essential
* Previous experience in sales, networking, or client-facing roles preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
The offer
£35,000 base, £45,000 total package
