Job Overview: Working alongside your team of Optical Assistants and an Optometrist you will be managing the clinics and leading the store and team providing patients with cost effective optical products and a superb customer experience You will undertake the day to day management of the store ensuring the right ethos and culture is maintained and developed. Registered with the GOC Duties: Assist all types of customers in selecting appropriate eyewear based on prescriptions and style preferences Conduct precise fittings to ensure comfort and functionality of eyeglasses Utilise your knowledge to educate clients on lens options and frame features Manage single to double testing clinics, ensuring smooth workflow and patient satisfaction Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure accurate lens preparation and timely delivery Maintain a well-organised dispensary and manage administrative tasks efficiently Experience: Previous experience in optical dispensing is required Familiarity with laboratory processes is a plus Join our team of dedicated professionals who prioritise quality care and customer satisfaction.
