Our client is looking to recruit a Pre-contract / Pre-Construction Planner to work within a construction main contractor environment, and you will be responsible for developing and managing the project schedule and plan during the pre-construction phase, ensuring tenders are competitive and achievable. You will work closely with estimators, bid managers, and other team members to create detailed, compliant, and optimized tender programs. Your work will include risk assessment, resource allocation, and ensuring the program aligns with the overall project strategy.
