Overview
We are looking for motivated & enthusiastic individuals who will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and assistance to service users to maximise and maintain their independence. The post holder needs to be flexible and able to use their own initiative. Full training will be provided and the applicant will have the opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care and the possibility of further career progression.
Responsibilities
* Provide support and assistance to service users in their own homes to maximise and maintain independence.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience not required, although beneficial.
* A driving licence is essential; applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes. A pool vehicle is available for rural areas.
Employment Details
This is a permanent part-time post of 17.27 hours per week working 17:00‑22:00 or as per service requirements. Additional hours also available through the integrated staff bank. Enhancements paid for unsociable hours and weekend work.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a NHS or a NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
