We are looking to recruit an Operations Coordinator to help in the next phase of our growth strategy. We are looking for someone who fits with our core values, putting our clients and colleagues at the centre of everything that we do.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a keen individual who is looking for a role in operations and administration. The role involves working within a mix of marketing distribution channels such as Door to Door, Team Distribution, Direct Mail and Bulk Fulfilment. Knowledge of these would be an advantage but is not essential, as training will be given.
Your responsibilities would include
· Managing relationships with distribution teams and suppliers
· Collating costs & availability for sales enquiries
· Inputting new bookings onto the booking system
· Producing distribution paperwork for each distribution channel
· Stock delivery management
· Managing the end to end job process
· Tracking and reporting on job progress until completion
· Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
