This is a standalone role overseeing landlord services across a 7-floor commercial property, offering excellent overtime opportunities, training, and long-term career progression. This position would suit an engineer who is confident working independently and has strong all-round building services maintenance experience within commercial environments. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of all landlord building services, ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard and operating efficiently.
