The Role
We are currently recruiting experienced and motivated Production Line Leaders to join a fast paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing production lines and a team to achieve planned volumes while ensuring all commercial, quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, motivate, and develop a team to consistently achieve production targets
2. Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards (SPI)
3. Maximise line efficiency to meet hourly and daily production plans
4. Monitor, control, and minimise waste
5. Manage team effectively, including agency staff coordination
6. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GMP, and hygiene standards
7. Complete all required documentation accurately and in line with company procedures
8. Use the integrated management system to track performance and maintain records
9. Support training and development of new starters
10. Conduct return to work and disciplinary meetings when required
11. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
12. Support internal and external audits

About You
20. Previous experience in a Line Leader / Team Leader role within manufacturing or food production
21. Strong leadership and people management skills
22. Experience working to KPIs and production targets
23. Knowledge of hygiene, and health & safety standards
24. Confident communicator with good organisational skills
25. Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
