I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established, privately owned freight forwarding business with a strong reputation for delivering tailored global logistics solutions. With decades of experience and an extensive international partner network, they provide flexible, customer-focused services across sea, air, and road freight.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a capable and proactive operator to join their team.
The Role
You'll manage import and export shipments across multi modal services, overseeing files from booking through to invoicing. This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone confident handling the full forwarding process, including customs procedures.
There is also a light commercial aspect, following up quotations and maintaining customer contact to support service growth - consultative rather than sales-driven.
