What you’ll be doing
Lead and deliver impactful public affairs strategies and engagement programmes
Build and maintain strong relationships with political and sector stakeholders
Monitor parliamentary and policy developments, identifying risks and opportunities
Develop clear, compelling messaging on key organisational and sector issues
Prepare high-quality briefings, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
Represent Voyage Care at industry events, conferences, and forums
Manage stakeholder engagement plans and maintain an organised external affairs calendar
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across the business
What we’re looking for
Experience in public affairs, with a track record of engaging political stakeholders
Strong understanding of UK political systems and policy landscape
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability
Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly organised
Confident working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
